My favourite thing to do is teach job seekers a better and faster way to land their dream job.

A way that does not involve taking a pay-cut, going back to study or following the “process”. Because blending in and doing what everyone else is doing is easy, but standing out? That’s where the real magic is.

I’m here to help you uncover your un-stoppable personal brand, unearth your value, and package it up in a way that makes business willing to roll out the red carpet in order to work with you.

Five years ago I created a little slice of internet heaven that CHANGED. THE. GAME. The Cool Career was unlike anything that the young women of Australia had seen. It was the ultimate careers guide for 17-25 year old’s, and gave them permission to stop at nothing and take up space.

Through the platform I personally interviewed 200 women that were trailblazing their own paths regardless of what their parents thought, or what their high school careers counselor told them.

I dissected the career stories of women like Melissa Leong, Lorna Jane, Michelle Battersby, Montarna Pitt and Jaynee Penny and published their #careerstories so women could be inspired. I worked with big brands to create sold out events and careers conferences that were visited by tens of thousands of young women. 

Then the world changed, and so did I.  

A year ago today I almost quit the career service industry.

I was done with the so-called “experts” who were reluctant to get with the times, still spraying BS about the superiority of traditional job search methods and overemphasis on degrees as gospel. I was embarrassed that these experts were still charging thousands of dollars to clients, while neglecting to promote career strategies like the gig economy, and teach stand out tactics so they levitate over the competition. 

I knew that what this arcadic industry needed was a BOLD voice leading the CHANGE. Someone brave enough to create a new paradigm and support system so job seekers can find a dream job that ticks all the bloody BIG boxes.

It’s time to un-learn everything you were taught and learn why career marketing is the easiest and fastest way to land your dream job.

My methods are rooted in both pragmatic action steps based upon my 20 year marketing and branding career, coupled with my 5 year history of working with the best leaders in Australia—while being of service and making bloody authentic connections for miraculous results. It’s almost hilarious how impactful our work is. This is the exact path I’ve taken (and continue to take!) to fully embrace my most powerfully potent career and transform my entire life - plus the lives of my clients.

(Yes, this is possible and I have proven it time and time again).

Radically Defy All Conventions: Start with what you want and make a plan to get it, don’t focus on if’s or but’s focus on you. 

Forget Everything You Have Been Advised: This is the new world, that stuff no longer holds up. 

Always Think Differently: The ones that land aren’t the ones that spend the most time clocking up degrees, they are the ones that always dare to be different.

Ditch the Script: Toss out outdated career advice and follow a career marketing strategy that focuses on making you stand out.
